We are a family of 6 with kids ranging in age from 3 to 15 years old and we couldn't sing greater praises about Villa Turrasann. The Villa and beach is even more incredible than in the pictures. The grounds are kept in immaculate condition by the kind and wonderful gardener Mr. Greene. Ms. Janet was wonderful with our children and did an excellent job not only with the housekeeping, but also supporting Ms. Rose in the kitchen as needed. Ms Rose is an excellent chef, whose food we all thoroughly enjoyed! We found the food to be extremely tasty, fresh and healthy! We had amazing chicken, beef stew, rice and peas, salads, greens with Okra, fresh fruit, fresh octopus, fresh fish and of course...Ackee with salt fish! Clifton is a wonderful host who makes you feel right at home right away, always available, always helpful and simply a pleasure. This was a family trip with my mother and siblings and I have to say that it was outstanding.From our arrival with a wonderful welcome to our departure, we felt at home. Villa turrasann is spacious with a good layout, our party of five never felt crowded. Its location is perfect. We spent most days enjoying the beach. To top it off the staff, Miss Sharon, Miss Janet and Mr. Herbert, were readily available with a smile. Mr. Clifton is a gracious host and communication was quick and fast. Thank you! What a fantastic home!! It is exactly as described as far as amenities, but far exceeds the description for the staff-who are really the stars of the experience. Ms. Rose is an excellent cook-her shrimp curry was outstanding. Mr. Green keeps the landscaping, pool and beach areas pristine. Ms. Janet kept our rooms so clean-better than most hotels. Beyond their jobs, they were all a joy to interact with and always willing to help. Finally, I would share that the strip of beach is amazing and with just a very short swim from the shore, there is excellent snorkeling. Serene, peaceful, private, Amazing place stay.. This place looks better in person than in the pictures. The landscaping was amazing. Manicured grounds. Not a leaf out of place!! Lol.. Really though, they put effort into it. (I wish we could post our personal pics here).. And the location.......... Location, location, location!!! It was/is great!!! The staff there is very friendly and helpful with Everything!! Food was great, the private pool was beautiful and clean, and the beach is literally in the backyard. And, if you wake up early, you can get a freshly caught 'big' fish from one of the diving fishermen right there on the beach, by the back gate... I'm a city boy from NYC. What more can I ask for?.. it was great. . We spent most of our time in the gazebo, talking, drinking and watching the waves crash against the shore. it was great. Money well spent.
